The P.E.A. Volumetric Screw Feeder provides accurate feeding of your granular or powdered products. Our feeder utilizes an internal material conditioner to maintain your product's homogenous state. The material conditioner, in conjunction with the hopper design, also eliminates dormant areas and assures complete filling of the auger flighting. These design features allow the auger to precisely meter the product as it enters the discharge tube. The Volumetric Screw Feeder can be provided with AC or DC Variable Speed Drives, either of which is capable of manual or automatic operations.
Provides continuous reliable feed of a wide range of materials. Our design allows for easy removal and installation of the vulcanized (endless loop) belt. The Belt Feeder can be supplied with flexible wall belt and/or cleated belt for incline applications. The unit is also available with scraper or impactor for belt cleaning, and high temperature as well as corrosion resistant belts for special applications.
